We are wrapping up our deep dive into Emotional Wellbeing today by sharing how to "reset" and increase your overall vibrancy. First and foremost: You control your emotions; they do not control you.
How to Reset Your State
- Decide: What do you want for your life? How do you want to feel? What fires you up? Focus on what you WANT, not what you don't. (If you need to, write a list of what you don't want, then shred it!)
- Practice Non-Judgment: Be aware of how you judge yourself and others. Refocus those thoughts gently.
- Breathe: Take two minutes a day to focus only on your breath.
- Manage the Stress: You can’t avoid stress, but you can decide how it affects you. (Review the "S" in my DESTRESS posts for a refresher!)
