The Success Mindset Finale - Your Mental Deep Dive
Wellness Wednesday:The Success Mindset Finale — Your Mental Deep Dive 💜🌿
May 6, 2026
We’ve spent the last several weeks uncovering the science of the Success Mindset, from how your thoughts influence your cortisol to identifying the "invisible walls" of mental roadblocks.
Today, we wrap up the final letter of the DESTRESS Protocol with action. Knowing the information is a start, but applying it is where the transformation lives. To help you uncover your own personal roadblocks, I’ve put together four "Quantum Leap" journaling prompts.
Grab a notebook, find a quiet space, and be radically honest with yourself.
The "Quantum Leap" Journaling Prompts
1. The Script of the CriticWhen you think about a health goal you haven't reached yet, what is the very first negative thing your inner voice says? Write it down word-for-word. (e.g., "You've tried this before and failed," or "You're just getting older, this is how it is.")The Pivot: How would you rewrite that sentence if you were speaking to a dear friend?
2. The Somatic SignalThink about a recent moment you felt "overwhelmed" or "stuck." Where in your body did you feel it? Was it a tight chest? A clenched jaw?The Realization: Now that you know your thoughts affect your physiology, what is one "Stop-and-Sigh" habit you can use the next time you feel that physical signal?
3. The Identity AnchorComplete this sentence five times: "I am the kind of person who..." > Look at your answers. Are they empowering (e.g., "I am the kind of person who prioritizes my rest") or are they limiting (e.g., "I am the kind of person who always puts myself last")?
4. The Future Self VisualizationImagine yourself one year from today, living in total vitality and "thriving through the change." What is one choice that version of you makes every morning that you aren't making yet?
Completing the Protocol
Mindset is the glue that holds your Diet, Exercise, Stress management, Toxin removal, Rest, and Emotional work together. If your mindset isn't aligned with your goals, your body will always find a way back to its old "baseline."

- Fuel the Shift: A brain that is depleted of magnesium or B-vitamins struggles to maintain a positive outlook. Ensure your "hardware" is supported while you work on your "software." Visit my Shop Page for foundational support.
- Calm the Nervous System: If journaling brings up some heavy "roadblocks," give yourself permission to rest. My go-to for lowering the mental noise is the Sleep & Stress Support formula.
It has been an honor walking you through the DESTRESS Protocol over these many weeks. Remember: Wellness isn't a destination; it’s a series of healthy(er) choices made step-by-step.
